This message is addressed to all those who had a negative experience at Topz toluca lake location. I am the new owner there, and understand where you guys are comming from, when we purchased the location from the previous owner it was filthy and it took us a week to clean it out. I do hope you come by and check out the job we have done. we are open to suggestions and critisism. We are trying make your experience at Topz as plesant as possible, its been hard because the name of the restaurant went to rock bottom with the previous owner.
