great sake and food

my friends and i went for their wide selection of sakes and fell in love with not only that but also the food. when it came to the service, it was like being back in tokyo. the soft-spoken staffpeople are patient and knowledgeable, explaining each dish (and at times how to eat it) as it was placed in front of us. most of the food comes in smaller portions (asian tapas-style) which is a perfect way to enjoy all of the delicious dishes they have on their menu. this is definitely the kind of place i would go to impress a date or client.
Pros: Good food and drink, romantic and upscale, staff very polite
Cons: On the pricey side
