This was my 6th visit to Incanto on Church St. In Noe Valley. The food is usually good, but nothing to write home about. We go because it's an easy walk down the street and the have a nice wine list. This visit took the prize however. I ordered a half order of ravioli, which was good, but was served four 3/4" x 1" ravioli on my plate. No garnish, that's it. Laughable.
Pros: nice looking decore, Noe Valley location, nice wine list
Cons: terrible service, very small portions, very loud
