The restaurant is beautiful and a nice location in RWC. We made reservations a day ahead for 4ppl, our table was not ready for 30 min after our res time. Meanwhile we waited in the bar after buying drinks but were squeezed against the banister since the bar was full and is also the only place for the staff to walk. At our table we had to ask for water and bread and had to ask for refills (none were offered). (Also,the kraft paper over the table doesn't go with the rest of the style of the restaurant). It took 20 min to order appetizers and 30 min to get them. The red meat was way overcooked and the waiter seemed uninterested in waiting on us. It is not inexpensive or casual so we had some expectations, but we are very disappointed. We will not try this place again.
