If something goes wrong with your orders, they will refuse to help you unless their manufacturing companies give them their money back first. The Blushing Bridal Shoppe is not there to make our day special; they are out to take our money. In the end, I was forced to utilize the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency against The Blushing Bridal Shoppe in order to get any kind of refund for misshapen dresses in which I received not once, but twice from them. I was forced to make drastic, last second changes within two weeks of my wedding because of absolutely no cooperation or customer service from this shop. This is one bride and two entire families and friends that are not blushing.
