I was looking for a local company in Bellingham to deliver a gift basket to my son at his dorm (I live out of state). I called Paper Dreams to see if they could recommend someone. They did not have a recommendation , and although they do not do gift baskes, they assembled an asssortment of candy and fudge and delivered it to my son. They were so pleasant and very reasonable.
