I was not impressed by the cakes at all. First of all, when I went in for a tasting the cake tasted old and stale. Not good marketing. The same was true when I tasted the cakes at a bridal fair. In addition, I did not like the frostings and their fondant does not taste correct and can be grainy. Yes they can do some complex cakes for design, but again they do not appear very clean in the lines and design. Most importantly, for a wedding cake, it should not only look good but taste good as well. Guests remember if the cake was bad... and every time I have tried the cakes here, they have been bad. If all you want is looks, go for them, but if you want taste as well go elsewhere.
