I highly recommended this bakery for my brother's wedding (conducted here in Houston although he and his wife live in NYC) after having a cake from them a few years ago. My brother and sister-in-law arranged for a cake to be delivered to the hotel where everyone was staying and it was to be the final course of our 6-course dinner. However, Three Brothers Bakery did not deliver the cake and made no apologies, nor did they offer any remunerations. You do not get a second chance to get a first wedding right and I am very sorry that I recommended them. I live in Houston and am embarrassed that this did not work out. Can you imagine a wedding without a wedding cake? Perhaps this isn't their specialty, but I thought they would be able to do it. Apparently not. I will post an update if they resolve this.
