Zuni Slipping? Terrible Service

Really horrible service last Saturday evening.
Despite being a regular, and having a reservation, I was given a terrible table, when I requested a change, I was given only a marginally better spot. I spent the evening gently removing hostess and patron's rear ends from my table.
The service was slow, a glass of wine ordered with my main course arrived with the desert menu.
Although in the past I've considered this a can't miss dinner spot, my experience last Saturday was so awful, I'm not sure I'd return.
As of today, messages left with the management have not been returned.

Cons: poor service
