Selfishly I almost don't want to tell everyone how talented Scott Schwartz is. But I can't help it. I tell everybody. I started seeing Scott last summer while training for my first ultramarathon. I went into the session with legs that felt heavy and spent. When I left, my legs felt lighter and more energized than they had in months. It's as if Scott has a secret map to my body's deep (and budding) trouble spots. His knowledge of physiology is truly insane and his intuition is incredible--he's as much mind reader as muscle reader. He's also genuine, thoughtful, and hilarious. And just immensely talented. If there were some sort of international contest for muscle/tendon geniuses, he'd be my pick for top prize. Having trained for so many races without the gift of Psoas, I can say I'll never train again without it. I'm now running better than ever.
