great Lunch and breakfast

We work down the street, and have been waiting for them to open for Lunch forever! Finally they have, and the food is the best in town. They have prices that are as cheap as the places right around it, and Lord knows the ambiance is a million times better than any othe place in the area. The patio is so pretty for Lunch. They also serve breakfast, I got the best eggs benedict I have had in LA. My friend got the salmon and it was awesome. Check it out for Lunch-- awesome. P.S. they also have free parking.
