This salon refused to cut my son's hair because he wasn't able to sit in a booster seat by himself. He's only 1, and needs to sit in my lap. He does just fine when I can hold him, but cannot sit in a booster seat himself. I was refused service because of this. The policy is handwritten when you walk in, saying children must be 2 and up and be able to sit in a booster seat by themselves.
