I really hate saying anything negative about any furneral home. Recently my aunt passed away and was taken to Vanreene Funeral Home, maybe because it was the only one in the area she had lived most of her life. My sister and I went to pay our last respects to my aunt and we were both very upset at the condition of this funeral home. It was the absolute worse one I had ever been in. The carpet looked over 100 years old, it was musty smelling and dirty looking. Only a few people were actually inside, most were standing outside the building talking with relatives and giving their condolances. We wondered why, when we approached, but after entering the funeral home, we could understand, the only place to set, aside from a small room connected to a dirty restroom, where the chairs placed in front of the casket. Some family members had ran down the street and brought back cups of coffee or a cup of water for those who were crying the hardest. They sat on the side walk and hugged each
