I love this gym! I have always been intimidated by big corporate health clubs, like Spectrum and LA Fitness. THE ATHLETIC CLUB FOR WOMEN, made me feel welcomed and made a point to show me all the equipment before I worked out so I felt comfortable. The trainers are great and helpful, especially Cynthia. I would recommend this gym to everyone! When I'm there, I feel at home.
