A few weeks ago I had a business trip to Columbus that was forced to be extended by a day. Due to a MOPAR convention over the coming weekend, rooms were scarce for that Thursday night. I ended up at AmeriHost. The room was clean is the best thing that I can say. The complimentary breakfast was the worst that I have seen. A couple of bagels and some watered down orange juice. They charge a fee for the room safe that you have to request be removed the next morning. An adventure in computer incompetence insued when I tired to have this done. Ultimately, the head of house keeping had to show the desk attendant how to perform the rebate. It beats sleeping in the airport terminal, but not by much.
Pros: Clean, PC and printer in lob
Cons: Poor breakfast, Questionable fees
