Fantastic Staff!

This hotel has the greatest employees I have ever encountered. The staff and managment truely enjoy what they do and it shows because I have never been treated better anywhere. I am a corporate traveler and have all of my needs met by this staff and the property. I understand it is about to embark on a major renovation to update the rooms as it is under new ownership. That is great but keep the staff, they are superb! I really enjoy the 24 hour courtesy shuttle to the airport, Mall of America and anywhere else in Eagan.
Pros: staff, location, 24 hour shuttle
Cons: renovation time, no pool
