We stayed here recently and found it to be a nice, clean motel. The price was not bad for an oceanview room. They do not mention it, but they do have a small coffee pot in the room. The downside is that they have two parking lots. One is right by the motel, that is very limited. The other one is about 2 1/2 blocks away. It is a long walk after walking so much already.
PROS: Nice hotel
CONS: off site parking is too far away
