Disappointed

I never actually end up eating at this restaurant but I was completely put off by the fact that I tried to call serveral times to make a reservation, and the call was never answered -- it kept on going straight to the voicemail. I left a voicemail trying to make a reservation (and offered a few suggestions) but the restaurant never bothered to get back to me and let me know as a courtesy that they had no opennings available. There are too many great restaurants in the city to put up with indifferent customer service.
