They had to order the car I wanted (they have a limited inventory and rarely have any diesels on the lot). Once the car arrived, they handled everything with ease. The service department used to be out of this world - but lately things have gone down hill since they renovated the building. All of the old service staff are gone and replaced by new people who are oviously paid less (and sure show it!)
