Dr. Robert is equally good with children and with their parents. He's concerned and compassionate and will answer as many stupid questions as you can think up during an office visit without ever appearing impatient or hurried. His front office staff are efficient and friendly, and appointments generally run on or nearly on time. Calls for the nurses or the doctor are returned promptly and courteously. After dealing with this doctor, I can't imagine ever taking my child to another pediatrician.
