After placing an order with MDC, the customer service team was very discourteous in the follow-up procedure. My order was a month late, and despite trying to work with MDC in resolving the issue, the MDC staff was extremely hostile, rude, and unreasonable. They do not take care of their customers once the sale is complete, and really have no interest in devloping a trusting relationship with clients. I would highly discourage anyone from ordering furniture at MDC. Don't waste all your valuable time trying to track down an order that is well overdue.
