This past Thrusday morning, around 3:20 a.m. my husband was awoken by the sound of water turned on and being used in our back bathroom. Since there are only the two of living in our home, and I was right next to him he goes into the guest bedroom where the back bathroom is located and finds water just pouring out on the floor from the shower wall. He turns off the main water valve and has me look on our computor for a plumber through the Insider Pages and this is where I found the reviews for Anytime Plumbing. I called them at 3:30 a.m. and a plumber shows up at our home by 4 a.m.!! Not only did he show-up, but he showed-up with a smile and a very pleasant attitude! I made a pot of coffee while he & my husband investigated the source of the water leak. It turned out to be a broken pipe inside of the shower wall. Our home is old, built in 1963 and it was the orginal pipe. The job, it was decided, was going to be a big job and time consuming so we all agreed to wait until the next day to tackle the job. Over cups of coffee Jim went over the exact things that had to be done, the time frame, and the price. Meanwhile he patched-up the leak temporarily so that we could use the water & toilets. The next day another plumber showed-up at our home and did the exact work for the exact price that Jim had told us the night before. Our insurance company paid for most of the work and ANYTIME PLUMBING
waited for us to get the insurance check to pay them. We will recomend this company to anyonw who is need of plumbing work. One more thing..we were not charged any extra just because it was in the middle of the night that they had to come out to our home.
