I went to Jeanie's to have my hair done for my wedding. I went for a trial run the day of my bridal shower and was very disappointed...hair and make up looked terrible and all of the friends at my shower agreed. I called to let Jeanie know that I was unhappy and she offered to make me another appointment for a trial. I told her that I did not want to spend another $120 on a trial on top of the $120 I already spent and would be spending the day of my wedding. She said she was sorry and promptly canceled my appointment and the appointments for my bridal party. Not only is this poor customer service, it is poor business practice. She lost out on nearly $700! I would never recommend this salon
