I don't know what it is with this bank, but I have taken all my money out already, but they will not close my account! I requested by mail, with my signature for the account to be closed, and they refuse. I think it has like fifty cents in it. The service is usually rude, and I hate that there are only a few locations. ATM's are charged and you are charged everytime you use your PIN number, either at an ATM or POS. I don't know what's wrong, It seems the staff is always in a bad mood. Either that, or these people don't know what they are doing. I wouldn't go there--look for a different bank!
