The Schucks on Sunset Blvd in Renton has been so useless on the two occasions that I have visited their store. The first time I needed a turn signal bulb and I located the part number in their book...it turned out the bulb in the book is incorrect and does not fit my car. They let me return it and when I told them about the incorrect information in their book, the clerk told me that it was the most current edition so I must have read it wrong. The second time I purchased some windshield wipers and I was told that I grabbed the wrong size. When they helped me put them on, the guy realized that in fact he grabbed the wrong size...then I had to go through the process of returning the wrong size and then purchasing the right size (the original ones I grabbed) and then watching him put them on my car again. It was such an ordeal both times I have been in there and for that reason I will never go there again.
