Sometimes I have to go here because I don't have a printer at home, so I have to email documents to myself and then print them out here. The computers at this place are very slow. Often they don't work at all. And you have to pay 20 cents a minute to use them!!!! When you ask one of the people who work here to help you (when the computer doesn't work, for example), they are very friendly, but take a very long time to actually come see what the problem is (and you are paying by the minute...) and then they usually conclude that they have no idea how to help you.
