Transplanting fine New Mexican CHILE (Green/Red) to Las Vegas seemed like a grand opportunity for the wonderful food to be ""ruined"". HOWEVER, after dining in ""Vegas"" at Garduno's - my faith is restored. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT FOOD! Prepared JUST THE WAY it is in ""the home-land"". Green Chile Deluxe! Red Chile as well! A fine fine job of making me feel like I was ""at home"" (In New Mex)! TRY IT - YOU'LL LIKE IT is used far too often, but it applies to this ""eatery"" 100%! APPLAUSE - APPLAUSE - APPLAUSE!
