Not the real thing

I've had a lot of Burmese food in Malaysia and from Burmese friends. First they've adapted the seasoning for the American palate. The samosa soup was very watery, the samosas tasted strange. The portions on the duck noodles weren't worth it.
The portions are way too small. I can understand and the table situation too crowded.
If you are trying Burmese food for the first time, this is a good place to get your feet wet. But there's a whole lot to Burmese food than this.
