Saw Babaloo--great band that kept up a high level of energy for 3 hours. Plenty of room for dancing for the number of people there. The food was ok. The chicken fingers were dry. The sweet potato fries were plentiful and yummy. Portions on entrees were somewhat stingy. The service was fine until the end of the night when there was confusion over whether the tip had already been added to our party of six. The waitress became defensive and told us that not everyone at the table had ordered the $9 food minimum and she had let that go--a policy that we hadn't known about and that she really shouldn't have been concerened with considering we spent over $200 in food and alcohol. A little nit-picky and a poor attitude considering you have to make a special request for ice in your water. Parking is terrible in Davis Square!
