I began banking at this particular branch after they had switched from a First Union branch to a Wachovia branch. My old Washington Mutual that I had used in Florida was just to far away and there were many First Union banks in the Philadelphia area.
I didn't open my accounts at this particular location because I never did notice it until a month or so afterwards. Being that it was right around the corner, I felt stupid that I had not noticed it. This branch is located within the Roosevelt Mall shopping center and always seemed to be busy no matter what time of day. The drive-through was always quick and efficient. They had two ATM's available, one drive through and the other was a walk-up.
Whenever I had the need to go inside, they employees were always friendly. They greeted me, took care of my transactions quickly and wished me a good day. The inside of this branch was always clean and well maintained, even when they were remodeling the front doors. Instead of closing the branch to remodel and making it incovenient for the locals to travel elsewhere, this branch opened up their back door to escort customers through. I think that shows a lot about their customer service.
The only drawback is that this location only has hours from 9-3pm during the week. Though they do stay open until 6pm on Fridays, which is good for those that get paid then. They are also open on Saturday from 9-12pm.
Overall, I would recommend this branch and several others in the area, along with several branches in the Florida area that I have used since then.
