As a stylist & fan of Toni&Guy products & hairstyles, I expected the best when I came here. I brought a picture(Toni&Guy cut) and right off the stlist tried to talk me out of it. I got my color done and though I have dark blonde hair to begin with(very easy to bleach to platinum w/o damage) My hair was overprocessed and breaking off. Then, when I got my haircut, the girl cut it differently than how I asked, and when I wanted it changed, she got very irritated with me. I left, unhappy, and had to return to get it fixed. I explained in the clearest possible stylist terms what I wanted and again, she got very annoyed and argued about what I was asking. It is NEVER ok for a stylist to argue with their clients. If you are hoping for amazing hair, don't bother with Toni&Guy Newport.
