I've had my phone with cingular for about 4 years now and i like the phone and our plan, but sometimes the service is bad. After they merged with another company their service got better, but when i was overcharged 500 dollars i got a little pissed off. I worked it out with company so i didnt really pay extra, but it still scared me when their machines though i was calling from somewhere else. more
