After several phone calls for this company to come out for emergency work, they finally returned my call. With water leaking from a faucet and unable to get the water turned off the guy wanted to know if "this really was an emergency?" I realize they encounter screwballs, but my wood floor was already soaked and I couldn't get the water turned off, wouldn't you consider it an EMERGENCY???? After all was said and done and paying emergency service call fees (which I don't mind if it's fixed right) the faucet still has a very minor leak, but none the less, a leak which a friend has fixed because I won't call them again. I'm not impressed with their service.
