Recently, old friends of mine came to visit and they stayed at the Lake Brentwood Motel. Lake Brentwood Motel is listed in the prestigious book Hidden Florida - The Adventurers' Guide. It is only one of seven motels recommended in Central Florida's Orlando to Arcadia Loop. One of the editor's comments was that if you stay here, you would experience an immediate drop in blood pressure.
Its quaint, stone-trimmed buildings invite you to recall a time when the pace was less hectic - a time when you could stop and enjoy the glorious gifts of nature. Unwind and delight in your surroundings. Be lulled to sleep by the unobtrusive sounds of night, and in the morning, greet the sun as it peeks over the edge of the sparkling lake.
My friends had a delightful visit in Avon Park and thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the Lake Brentwood Motel.
