Best Place for Pan Pizza!!

It's been 25 years since I first went to Exchequer. It became my favorite deep dish pizza then and it still is today. What makes it unique is that the bottom isn't soggy. They cook it a special way so that the crust stays crispy. How many other place's deep dish pizza can you eat with your hands? The ambiance isn't the greatest but, you'll always find a TV to look. Those in town for a visit that are interested in trying Chicago Pizza should look here as an alternative to all the over-hyped places (especially Giordano's). Go to Uno's or Gino's to say you went but got to Exchequer to really enjoy!! Pros: Pizza, Pizza, Pizza
