Tutto Fresco is a delightful italian trattoria in the RSM town center. It's strip mall location might make you think that it's not a nice restaurant, but quite the opposite is true.
All of the food we tried was very good, including the Chicken Tortilla Soup, strangely enough.
The wine selection is not very broad, but the wine is good and the prices are moderate.
Food is a great value, with the average cost of a pasta dish being under $10.
This is not a place to go for a special occasion, but it is great for an inexpensive & tasty night on the town.
