If you schedule a visit at the spa make sure you ask to use their swiss steam/shower or sauna. They'll schedule you in, in between services or before. Also, ask for a lip/cheek refresher, it's complimentary! Most of the services also include a foot soak. Be ready to relax, the serenity in the foot soak waiting room says it all. It's a bit pricey compared to other spas but it's the extras that count.
