In terms of first impression, the doctor was not exactly a warm person, but I did think he was alright when you get to know him. His staff on the other hand treated me as if I was a nuisance each time I called because I always asked ""too many questions"". I was very concerned about my health in that time frame (about three months), and I don't believe I got the compassion I felt you should be getting in a doctors office considering this was a new doctor I had just started seeing. The doctor even told me on one of my visits that he was ""in a hurry"" and had to leave! That should have been my warning sign. I guess when you're not a passive person and outspoken, people see you as a nuisance.
