The service sucks

For $30 a head you'd expect some level of service. It took us an hour and 15 minutes to get seated, after which it took another 20 minutes to get a waiter to even come by -- we had to ask. By the time we placed our order, we had been waiting over two hours. The food came relatively quickly, only because half of our party ordered fish which the waiter failed to mention was only 'seared'. Wouldn't a good waiter mention the house cooking style when it's not written in the menu? Are you supposed to guess? To top it all off, the waiter didn't ask me how I wanted my steak grilled (I assume they actually grill, not broil). I had to catch him and tell him I wanted it medium rare. Isn't this a STEAK HOUSE? Im sick of places in this town that charge for prestige.
Pros: Decent Food, Not much else...
Cons: Poor Service, Inept Staff, Overpriced
