As with all Best Buy stores, they have a great selection of computer peripherals, electronics, appliances, etc. and their prices are very competitive. Unfortunately this store like most Best Buy stores has terrible customer service. You can expect to wait 10-30 minutes to get anyone to help you and be prepared to have attempt to force their extended warranties on your half a dozen times before you make it out of the store. I even had one of the security people who checks your merchandise to make sure you didn't steal anything try to push an extended warranty on me AFTER I had already made my purchases (having declined the offer at least 3 times already) and just wanted to get out of the store! Oh, and you can forget about trying to call them to get information about something or find out if it's in stock. The last time I called this store I was on hold for over 30 minutes without having spoken to a live person before I eventually gave up and hung up. Bottom line, good selection,
