My son had to have a tooth extracted and I was treated with hostility by the staff. I understand that they act this way because they believe that a lot of parents neglect their children and try to get "free" painkillers for themselves. Since that was not the case with me, I resented being treated like that. One of the staffers scared my son badly and it has taken a lot to get him to go back to a dentist because he thinks everyone is going to be "scary"
PROS: they allowed us to borrow X-rays for another dentist
