My big problem is with the management. Kids eat free weeknights from 4 - 9 with an adult meal. We got a bill and my boyfriend had already signed his credit card when I said, ""We were supposed to get our daughter's for free."" The manager said, ""But it was rung up as a Senior meal--there's nothing I can do."" Obviously, we had no seniors in our party; it was a mistake on the part of our waitress (who was probably one of the best I've had at this place). My boyfriend was like, ""There's got to be something you can do. Void the order and start over. Refund us in cash. Give us a coupon."" He then looked very agitated and said he could give us a cash refund, but it was coming out of our waitress' pay. We were disgusted and said, ""Don't worry about it.""
Pros: comfort food, open 24 hrs, nice wait staff
Cons: bad manager, very small lobby
