When my insurance changed, I was limited to which dentists I can use. In my area, this was the only dentist. I made an appt with the expectation of getting my cleaning done, however, I received a consultation and xray exam instead. Then when I made an appt, I was told it would take six months. That would mean I wouldn't get a cleaning for a whole year!! I was very disappointed and I decided to go to a different dentist away from my area.
