I have been here twice since moving to our new home. Both times I was very disappointed at the lack of service offered to me. I had my 4 year old and 2 1/2 year old with me (they were well behaved) and I got the feeling that young children were not overly welcomed. I will never return to this store for anything. I will try other fabric stores where service seems to be better and my business is appreciated. I worked for Field's fabrics in the past and in my book, customer service is #1 on my scale of what's important. BRING BACK REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
