In term of eating, KimmyTang chef/owner run a one of-a-kind restaurant, serving French-Vietnamese creation cuisine. Her successfully feed the hungry eye and belly with appetizer that are beautiful in flavor and presentation. you can see her passion of cooking from every dishes she brought out. Highly recomment the Cripy Sole with a French spicy aioli. and the Tamarind seafood. woo! this is a unforgetalbe meal that i haven't have in a long time. If you haven't try it, let check it out.
