I have encountered too many costly dissapointments. They are always putting my paycheck on hold and have different excuses each time. Recently my rent bounced even though I had enough funds. 2 reps and the manager admitted it was a bank error and that there was no hold on my account so they credited the NSF fee and said they would send a letter to my landlord to explain the error. Well, they LIED! Instead of admitting to their error the letter said they were unable to process the transaction because my funds were on hold! AGAIN!!! They may have credited my account fee, but how good is that when now my landlord is charging me for a supposed bounced check!
