If you want terrible customer service this is the place. We just felt like we were being ignored during our stay here. We were charged for everything from bottled water to valet parking. We paid a small fortune to stay here and it wasn't worth it. Just take a mattress and lay it on the floor of your nearest bank...same difference. They should reinstate the ""continental bank"" offices. I have recieved more romance looking through my safety deposit box!
