Even with reservation we had to wait (couple without were seated before us). My wife ordered fish and could only eat half. Bread is served without bread plate. Service was so bad that tip was 8% (should have been zero). Our hotel (Hyatt) said they do not recommend (and they made our reservation!). Four thumbs down!
Pros: good looking place
Cons: long cab ride, servers need training, better waiting area
