I lived at Woodmeade South apartments for one year of my college career at the University of Tennessee. The apartments are conveniently located to downtown Knoxville and are very close to campus. The apartment was dirty when I moved in, but other than that, it was a great place to live. I had quiet neighbors and the maintenence staff was very prompt and helpful. The price was also much cheaper than other apartments in the area.
