This rental building looks like an old hotel, especially when you are in the hallway. The air-conditioner is not good. Very noisy but not efficient. During the winter, the gas is not very good, either. The swimming pool is small and only open during summer time. The weigh room might be the only pros. Walking distance to University and bus stop.
